My stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, with a Panoramic King Room overlooking Tokyo Tower. Breakfast with a view and quiet evenings watching the tower light up, this was one of those Tokyo stays I didn’t want to end.

A few days in the Engadin with my mum at Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina. It is one of Switzerland’s most beautiful historic hotels. We enjoyed long breakfasts, afternoons in the spa and Michelin Guide dining. Our stay was everything I love about the Swiss Alps.

There’s something magical about mornings by the sea. At Acqualina Resort, I enjoyed the most beautiful in-room breakfast. Fresh fruit, coconut and a cappuccino. All with the sound of waves in the background. Pure peace.
