During our stay at Bvlgari Roma, we dined at Il Ristorante Niko Romito, the signature restaurant created exclusively for Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts by 3*** Michelin chef Niko Romito.
The menu was outstanding.


We started with Parmigiano Reggiano cream with spring vegetables,
followed by spaghetti with Niko Romito’s signature tomato sauce,
simple, pure, and honestly PERFECT.



Dessert was also a DREAM:
a chocolate and almond cake with cocoa sorbet and chocolate sauce,
and a thin shortcrust filled with white chocolate mousse and salted caramel.
Everything was so good.
Balanced flavours, light yet full of depth, exactly what you expect from Niko Romito.


Dining here felt like an experience in itself.
Refined yet welcoming, sophisticated yet warm.
The service was graceful, the atmosphere calm, and every dish told a story of Italian simplicity elevated to perfection.
It’s one of those meals you don’t forget.
Not because it’s extravagant,
but because it feels honest, precise, and beautifully made.
A perfect reflection of Bvlgari’s philosophy.
